Painting for a 3 year old party

i am painting for a three year old party soon and i was wondering what kind of designs would be appropriate.  I am thinking about just doing a lot of cheek art.  I charge 100.00 per hour but my sis is coming along...so that will be 2 painters.  Any suggestions?

Are you sure that there will only be 3 year olds wanting to get their faces painted?  If so, I would only offer the faces that you know you can paint the quickest and easiest, without too many details.  I have a lot of parties for 1, 2 or 3 year olds and there are usually children of all ages at the party.
