Marcela Murade & Lynne Jamieson happened to be in the right place at the right time and got the call.  Lynn painted Tom & Marcela painted Suri... several times. )  They said they really had a blast!

Here is Marcela's actual account of what happened:

Lynne and I had the most amazing weekend. it started Sunday as we were
planning on having a day off sightseeing and taking pictures when the phone
rang at 10am. It was a client from SOHO Beach House a elite small hotel in
Miami Beach.. she needed me to face paint at a party for 12 to 2 and it had
to be me. Change of plans.. I said okay and decided to do the job and finish
our plans afterwards so Lynne had to come with me.  The party turned out to
be for Tom Cruise and both Lynne and I got to paint the family (his wife and
daughter) their guest and Tom himself who Lynne painted as a tiger thought
he sat in my chair first. (I told her to go for it..). At celebrity parties
we are not allowed to take pictures or ask for autographs or bother the
celebrity in any way or form, but when Lynne finished painting him as a
tiger something came over me and I told him she was from Australia an asked
if I could take a picture. He gave my camera to someone and ask me to be in
the picture too.. so we got a picture of Tom Cruise painted as a tiger with
Lynne and I next to him. I also have a couple of Suri who got painted three
times (they asked us to stay until 4pm),  Sorry but we are not allowed to
post them anywhere on the internet. ( They were sooooo nice to us and
I'm so happy Lynne gets to go back to Australia with that memory of her time
in the US.

Marcela said they weren't allowed to post any photos of them at the event and they haven't, but leave it to the paparazzi... they got the photos that you are seeing on the internet.

Nice!  Thanks for the scoop!  I don't know if I could have handled the pressure for an event like that.  I might have ended up getting the shaky hand.

I KNOW I couldn't have handled the pressure!  I would have dissolved into a giggling mass of jelly!!!  LOL!!!  Straight lines?  I don't think so!  My hand would have been shaking something fierce!  I guess with someone like Marcela & Lynne they have been at it for so long... they just go with the flow.
