Emotions
« on: July 21, 2011, 09:36:29 PM »

My heart is in upheaval tonight.  Personal relationships.  Very difficult all around.
I read the Bible and prayed.  Still afraid and sad, but maybe a little excited now too.

Trying to clean the kitchen and get ready for gigs,
but it's hard to stay focused.

Hey Alison... Glad to hear you're feeling better!  A good nights sleep always seems to work wonders for me when I've had an emotional day.  Hugs!

Oh Thank You Thank You Sherry ~
I used to follow a philosophy that said "Most people are as happy as they make their minds up to be", but Pollyanna is growing up.  I'm not covering up my real feelings these days.

It's new for me to "Feel the feelings".   I don't even want to feel joy at all times anymore - unless it's real - which would only be If I Always got the admiration and love and space that I'm always a-wanting.

I'm feeling disappointed just now. I could make myself feel better by covering up my real feelings.  Or using my Joy Essential Oil or some other mood-lifting-substance.  But I'd rather just be accepted with my real emotions.  Thank You for acknowledging me Sherry.

   I have insatiable Romantic Dreams.
