NICE samples. Your skull is tremendous (as are the rest), but I have a couple
coming over to be Lady Gaga Skulls. They are bringing a skull cap, so I can
paint the "brains" on the top.

Has anyone painted on a skull cap? Not sure if the rubber/plastic/silicone will
take the makeup. I am hoping! I noticed on a youtube that some used gouache
on his face. It looked great, but is that a safe idea? Don't know. But the dry brushing
of the face looked great. Others are using waterproof lip liner, eye liner pencil and
black eye shadow.

Also, for the longevity of the face for a pary evening, should I put the base on with dfx white
or the powdered starblends. I just want to make sure that the lips don't lose their look
through the night.

These I did with starblends. It worked better than I thought! It should wear better when they are dancing in a sweaty bar or party!

Sorry Wina, I just saw your question. I used Mehron Barrier Spray under the paints & then over the paints. It has pretty good staying power & worked well even in muggy conditions for Shakespeare in the Park last summer. For body painting I use Aquanet Hair Spray, but not for faces.
