Airbrush Face Painting
« on: January 11, 2012, 02:59:23 PM »

Who has thought of doing this?

I received two airbrushes one was Christmas the other was on my birthday. I was thinking about using one for face-painting or airbrush tattoos. I seen a few pictures and lots of videos on this subject and I think it might be very interesting to do.

The results look awesome, but I do think I'd prefer face painting.  I've also thought about doing airbrush tattoos, but I'm not sure I'd want to deal with the equipment.  It might be lucrative though, because the airbrush tattoo artists do seem to keep busy at fairs and festivals I've worked in the past.

I don't know. I thought it might be cool. All is really needed is like 2 different airbrushes tho you can use one and multiple interchangeable jars (each jar a different color). A small compressor and several tinsels. I have two airbrushes one is more durable then the other and I thought the smaller, lighter one is best for face paint.

Don't have an airbrush and am looking to save $$ right now,
but I would love to play with a friend's. I never used a "real" one.
In art school, I used one that you hooked to cans of compressed air.
You would attach expensive markers to get your color. It was fun!
