Hi, I am new to this forum. I have been face painting professionaly for about a year. I am trying to better my skills and expand my business.  Starting soon I will be doing belly painting !!  So exciting!! My pregnant sister has offered to be my first guinea pig.   I have also just added special FX to my services, and will be adding in balloon twister and glitter tattoos.  I think it maybe alittle much at first, but it seems like that what the people are looking for.  
I look forward to being part of this forum.

I am from Chicago and offer balloon twisting, but it is my 11 yr old son, who does the twisting.
He does about 15 designs and I charge $15 or $20 an hour when they book me for face painting.
So it's an additional service only. People do like the lower rate and often ask him "Who taught you?"
or "How old are you?" He like the attention. I think it's good for his self esteem and none of his
school friends are making $15 per hour!

Have fun with the belly painting. I haven't been able to convince anyone...yet!

I think adding the extra services is a great idea, because you'll likely get more bookings that way.  I hope you'll share your belly painting.
