Here is my site.. pretty basic, but I designed it myself and I don't know much about computers. I used a program called web easy and I highly recomend it. Prior to this I spent hundreds of dollars to have someone make me a site but it was never what I wanted and I always had to fork out more money to update it. I think a website is a critical step to expanding your business. Once my site was up, everyone took me way more seriously and I charged more as a result...

I clicked on the link and it said it was parked courtesy of GoDaddy, but I didn't see your specific face painting site.
Mine is at
www.funfaces.net
. I got mine through Homestead, which I totally love, because it is so user friendly and they have awesome customer service.

I use Yahoo Small Business. It is about $12/month. Domain Registry was included when I signed up. I use their "PageBuilder" software which is dead easy to use - there are templates but you can do your own thing with html or whatever too. There is nothing to load onto your computer, it is all online.
It is really easy and you can update from anywhere as you just sign into your account from any computer and can edit and update. It is a "live" update so you don't have to upload - once you save the file it is updated online.
