Balloon in a Balloon

Nothing like working Retail to keep you interested in pleasing each
person who might buy. And nothing like working Retail to find time
to play with some ideas.
Today I did that. I had some clear heart balloons, and tried to make
a smaller heart inside the bigger one. That was Hard! Really pushing,
nearly killing the Balloon (I felt so cruel), I managed to do it twice.
The first one looked like a circle in a heart, but the 2nd one came out
right. It was just so Hard to do!
Anybody willing to share any techniques on how to do that?

Okay okay. I just noticed this post from long ago. And I realized that I have been putting the smaller heart balloon into a larger round balloon - started that somehow, and it works better. Looks silly as a wand, but works well as an 'octopus-like' centerpiece.
