Very New... NEOPHYTE

I am very new to face painting, and have really began to enjoy the art. I began by just picking up a kit, in my local craft store and practicing on the kids. I love it, the kids love it and as crazy as it sounds I can not get enough of it. Ever since I have been in the habit of perfecting my skills. I am so interested in everything, and ready to go further. I need information on perfecting my art form, what are the best brushes to use? What are the best paints to use?
