hi there my names alex,i lovveeee face painting i took it up last halloween as i run a nursery and decided we should all have fun that day so we decided on facepainting! we all loved, i think i loved it even more than the children did lol,sounds crazy!
 would love any advice...on how to get better,practice.....anything really,thanx for all your time xx

Hi and welcome!!   

I struggle with finding people to practice on as well.  I bought a practice head... it's better than nothing, but the brush slides around and it isn't the same as on real skin.  It's good for testing out new design ideas.  Other than that I seem to rarely use it.  The best practice I get is on myself or at events.

i volunteered to do face painting for the kids at my daughter's school...i got a lot of practice that way...and i was able to do marketing too...parents were interested and got copies of my business cards, i was able to book gigs that way...
