Actually, faces are more interesting when we emphasize that fact that
All faces are naturally different on the 2 sides.
Didn't you ever do that experiment - of taking one side of a face
and flipping it......
I'll show you:
Here's a picture of a boy:

Here I took one side of his face,
and flipped it over so you just see it duplicated for the other side of his face:

EVERYBODY has different differences between the 2 sides.
In this case, notice that one eyebrow goes up,
and the other goes down.
And he wasn't even trying to 'raise an eyebrow'.
He was just looking straight at the camera.
Since everybody and everything natural (people, butterflies, spiders....) are naturally uneven,
it looks more convincing if we paint things that way.
