Wow - that nose is good, Stardust.

I've seen people paint only the bottom like you did,
but you really pulled it off well.
Either it's your meticulous painting,
or that girl jsut had the perfect nose for it.

Did you use a brush
or a sponge?
Were you really careful about designing the shape,
or did you just let the chips fall where they may?

tyvm, actually i did this painting rather fast and it was the first time i had done a polar bear. my son was going to kidzclub and wanted to be a "polar bear" so i looked at some real p.bear pix from the zoo we had visited and went for it. ive seen noses before on bear faces and not liked them so i just tried to make mine the shape of a real bear nose. i used a small brush and then filled it in and just kinda went with the flow as i was pressed for time Wink
my kids luv to be painted and pretend they are all different animals and things, so its fun trying what they come up with Grin

Stardust - I requested them from the "mom" of the birthday boy.  I will post when I get them.
By no means are they even close to as good as yours.   laugh

Wow - Talk about people who really look like they know what they're doing!

I liked the finished face, Vi.
And seeing it created in action
only made it even wow yay better!

Job well done.  Thank you.

We have such magnificent talent here.
Just because I'm an Artist too
doesn't mean that I don't Wow with appreciation......
In fact, it's precisely Because I'm an Artist too
that I can tell when I'm seeing the Real Thing.
