The Paint Brush does matter
« on: November 21, 2009, 07:17:33 PM »

I was playing around with DFX mini blends (DFX's version of the Arty Cakes).  I need the practice!   Smiley

First I tried it with an American Painter flat brush.

Then with a Royal Majestic, which is usually the better brush brand that I have.

Sherry, this could be a great thread.....How different brushes affect the end result, and in this case using the multi color cakes.  I'll do some with my brushes and see what I can come up with.  My favorite right now is the 3/4 and 1 inch Lowel Cornel.

Great idea Jenny.  It would be nice to see the results everyone gets from different brands without us each having to go out and buy.

Hey - I would think the brushes always matter - whether you are painting a house, a picture or a face!  Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving  - now, all we have to do is get through Christmas and then we can start all over again!  Linda
