Snowglobe attempt
« on: November 22, 2009, 06:19:37 PM »

I'm thinking about starting a cheek art gallery and with that thought in mind, I attempted a snowglobe tonight.

Once I get the cheek art gallery up, anyone is welcome to contribute if you like.  Smiley

Thats really cute, can we start themed galleries for cheek art?

halloween, christmas, valentines, fourth of july etc, that way we dont always have to ask the other painters what they would do for XX holiday because they are low on ideas.

Kinda a smaller version of snaz's page, with better looking and more updated stuff!

I couldn't remember if I added glitter or not.  If you click on the picture, you can get the close up view and see that I added a tiny bit of glitter.  What color glitter do you think would be best for a snowglobe?

I like it like that, Its beautiful. Usually when I do a snowman I put a red scarf of him and use red glitter for that.

I would just blow a little silver glitter on it, like from the glitter tattoo poofeer bottles. it doesnt mess things up that way and its a light coat so you can still see the design well.

The scarfs' a good idea.  My snowman does look a little cold and naked.   Grin

I would have said White glitter - re snow,
but if Mandi suggests Silver (close to white), I'd definitely try That.

Scarf a good idea, but I'd be careful about getting more detailed than that
on the snowglobe - or it might lose it's 'globeyness' - might look more like a snowMan.
