Oh, it's not sweet potato, but a regular potato. It is a really sweet dessert though. You boil a potato. Then you mash it with powdered sugar until you have a dough. You roll it out, spread peanut butter on it and then carefully roll it up and slice. It's an old family recipe, so it may be an acquired taste.
