Birthday cake idea

Hello All,
Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
I am doing a 7 year old boy's birthday party this Sunday and he wants a cake and balloons painted on his face.  Any ideas or websites that I can find some ideas.
I am having a creative block this week and cannot think of anything original.

I can think of generic cakes, but many cakes are themed nowadays.  Does he have a theme for his party?

Ya, maybe a general cake with something around the edge of the cake to match the theme.

If he doesn't have a theme, maybe you can paint a big birthday cake coming across one side of his face and balloons floating up the other side.  One thing I learned to do when I'm trying to get ideas is to go to google and using your example, type in "birthday cake clip art" and click on images.  I think this was a tip from Gary Cole.

Kim, I love it!  Not only is it a birthday cake with balloons, but it actually looks like it's practically jumping up with excitement like party should be.     Nice!
