I had a blast. It was so cool. They gave me a prime spot...across from the stage and bouncy castle for kids. I got $150 to cover products and I made over $100 in tips. So, not a fortune but who can pay for experience. I had so muc fun. My daughter came for most of it and ran around with the co-ordinators kids, handing out lollies and playing in the jumpy castle.
I got 2 leads booked and another woman who owns a restaurant/bar and she wants to get together with me to come up with ideas. They do martini nights and the glitter tattoos may be perfect for that.
So, life is good and I am super happy about the weekend.
I love face painting. And I had so many people tell me how amazing my paintings were. I never felt the need to rush b/c I was already paid (kinda) and tips weren't bad. Alteast 98$ of the parents tipped me.
I love the extra money.
