Mine are pretty much equally divided between: Poodle, sword, and a flower. I need practice also, it wears on the fingers after a while.

I'm expert in making fishes made of multiple balloons in different sizes and colors. In birthday parties, I earned bucks in making animal balloons.

That's interesting. I don't think I have ever seen a balloon fish before. What other exotic creations do you have?

I think the poodle is a classic, and it seems lately I've been seeing "hats" made from balloons, but I usually don't really recognize them as anything else in particular. This thread reminds me of the movie Wedding Crashers, where a pushy young boy demands that Vince Vaughn make him a bicycle from balloons... And he did it.

I actually have never seen a flower balloon before. I have seen multiple dogs and giraffes seem to be a crowd pleaser as well

I find that they respond to whatever I put out.
I'm likely to start with the swords - they're fun for the kids and easy to make. But yesterday I practiced a Swan for my first time. So I had a bunch of Swans just sitting here. Figured I might as well bring them along to today's gig.
And sure enough, while I was mostly busy Face-Painting, I had kids coming up and asking for the balloons that I had already made there. So I gave out primarily
Swans.

lol - I never saw a balloon fish. Never thought of it before. But I read this post last night. And I woke up this morning with a funny thought. Just twist the ends of the balloon together, put it on its side, and Voila! A Fish!

VERY nice. I guess it's like everthing else, easier than it looks. I don't do many balloons, just a few to hang off my tent to attract customers attention to my face painting. Swords, poodle, flower, but those are great!!
