Help Faling A Sleep

Hey guys, I have the worse case of insomnia right now, anyone have any tips on falling asleep?

Yoga even though I don't know much of it, it can really help. Maybe have a look on you tube .

I used to get insomnia pretty often and followed all the conventional advice.  Go to bed at the same time every night, don't drink caffeinated beverages late in the day, don't use the computer right before bed, keep your sleeping area free of artificial light, etc.  I think regular exercise helped too.  These helped, but sometimes, nothing worked.

I ended up finding out that I had a wheat allergy.  Once I gave that up, my insomnia, plus a bunch of other health problems, went away.  The only thing that keeps me up now is if I have something stressful on my mind and then I can't seem to get my mind to shut off.

You might want to try a few of these ideas.  Is it something that has only started recently?

I have nooooo problem falling asleep!.....us old folks have to hit the hay before midnight and we are up with the chickens!...cocka doodle dooooo Sad

I think I have the same problem!  Last night I was working on getting preped for my class I am doing on Saturday, and the next thing I know it was 5am! Hubby was just getting up for work! Went to bed and got back up at 7 am! I seem to have my day and nites mixed up! Gotta get back on track!

The excitement of your class probably contributed to it and had your mind wide awake!  I hate when that happens.  You have a big day or something new and exciting and all you want is a good nights rest to prepare for it, but no.    Tongue

I used to have a huge puppet ministry and the night before a big show, I would stay awake... :othere was no way I could shut my brain off!...
