Just got home about 10 minutes ago, from the fourth gig today! Oh my these old bones are so tired! Hmmmm wish I was 20 again! First gig this morning I got there 45 minutes early! Started painting right away to dodge the rain drops. So that put me ahead of scheduale. Second and third gig went great. I made over $160 in tips at the third gig. The fourth gig, was slow because the rain was moving in! It was at a grand opening of a race track. The race was called early because of the storm that was brewing! Hmmmm the owner came and paid me for the four hours I was to be there and said, go ahead and close shop and head for home "a storm is a brewin" So I ended up painting only two hours there, BUT I was so glad to get home, my feet hurt, my wrists hurt and my poor back is killing me! Silly me I stood all day! Painted so many faces today I can't remember! The most popular girl design was the peace sign with flowers, every where I went! The second most wanted for little little girls was a rose design with tons of glitter! And the boys well you guessed it number one was Spiderman! And a close second was a snake face, then half skull faces.
