LOL I'm pretty new at balloons, but so far I can make a sword, silly hat, butterfly, dinosaur, flower, mouse and fairy wings.

I love making animal balloons such as giraffe, snake, dog, bear, fish and many more. Actually, I learned it from my mom. It's very simple to make animal balloons as long as you have complete tools and equipments.

I can do a dog and that is about it. I am sure if I tried, I could do more.

Crystal, other than a pump what other equipment are you using that will make it easier? When I do something that requires two or more baloons to be tied together it slows me down, and really wears on my fingers.

I love Love LOVE balloons! I just bought a floor pump, and it was so much faster than my hand pump.
Some of my favourites would be a sitting fairy, monkey, fire breathing dragon hat and the deluxe ray gun. I made a giant carousel for my friend's birthday last week - not sure if I'll be able to recreate that!
Sherry, what sculptures do you need to tie multiple balloons together for?

I'm embarassed to say that it's the flower. When I first tried making the flower with one balloon... for the life of me, I couldn't twist it, so I tried tying 2 balloons together and it worked for me... I just made one GIANT flower! After the big balloon event I did over the weekend, when I got home, I decided to revisit twisting a flower with one balloon and I did it! So now I'm thinking it may come with practice.

After answering your question Kristal, I see that it was my husband's post you were answering... that's Jack with the picture of our son. He's the GAfacepainter.

Oh! Too funny...I wonder why I did that? Haha. I'll blame it on being posted at 3am! Whoops.
Your son is adorable!

Aw gee, thanks Sherry!
I tend to think of the people who can twist like the wind, so you're confirming 'Nice' does help me to feel better about what I can do.
I did something. Yes.
