I finally have a website, been paying for hosting since December but didn't actually do anything with it! What do you think?

Is that your Twink-elle character with the pigtails on the home page?  I love it!  It reminds me of a free spirit clown.   Smiley

Looks great! Didn't see any typos of any kind.
Did you have a different site previously?
I got a feeling that I have seen your "twinkle" character and designs before.

Whatever, a job well done! May you get many paying customers! Grin

Hi,
Thanks for looking at my site. Yes, that's Twink-elle the Clown. She's been performing all over Saskatchewan(my province in Canada) since about 1997. I've actually been trying to sell more of the Danica as a storyteller and artist and less of the clown over the last few years but she's been popular and people like her.
I wonder where you saw my designs. I am on another chat site too (and have a facebook page) and there have been times over the years that I've had media coverage.

Maybe through the other chat site. I have a background in theatre as well. I keep thinking that there is a way to combine the two talents into one great marketable one. Wouldn't it be cool to do a group of 10-20 kids, do fast painting on their arms or faces and make them part of the story? I am going to have to think up a script and how to paint the kids involved. Maybe let them paint their own arms/hands?

I used to be a part of kid's theatre, where the audience became trees for sleeping beauty to hide in, amongst other characters. It was a lot of fun!

Hi,
I have a few comments

1. On the 'services' page I would make Danica Lorer and Services offered bold. Justify them left as well.
2. Under services offered I would bullet point the services • like this
3. On the 'home' page make all white text the same size. I would take out the middle part and incorporate into the text about you on the 'services' page.
4. On the 'events' page, keep it streamlined with the other pages (font size, colour etc)
5. On the 'references' page either make the message or the persons details italic
eg.
"Thank-you Twink-elle! Your show was awesome. You were enchanting." Arwen, Moose Jaw Public Library
or
"Thank-you Twink-elle! Your show was awesome. You were enchanting." Arwen, Moose Jaw Public Library

The main thing is that it is all streamlined - all body text same size and colour, all headings bold and slighty larger font. All text should be the same font although headings can be different as long as all headings are the same font. I personally think the white looks the nicest. I hope that makes sense.

These changes I've suggested are only minor but make a big difference in how it presents. Most people wouldn't notice but I'm a bit fussy about stuff like that. I love how it is so clean and easy to read, your pictures are great and it really is a great job. If you did it yourself pat yourself on the back.

Cheers
Kristen
