So I had this idea... tell me if anyone is interested
I know everyone here uses alot of different brands, me - being a paint hoarder I have a complete set of Wolfe, DFX, Ben Nye Magicakes, and Starblends... an almost complete set of snaz, and currently working on collecting Paradise paints.
The thing that kills me is some colors are sooo different from brand to brand... then others are very simular.... The first time I saw Paradise metallic Green i was like " dang! what color is that and why don't I have it?!"
Before I buy any new color, I do a search to see what it looks like on different people, just to make sure I like it. So I was very surprised that not all colors are Swatched somewhere..... and that lead me to my idea!
Would anyone be interested in swatching their paints for comparison?? for instance... RED - I have Wolfe, DFX, Snaz, Ben Nye, and Snaz.... I realize that they are all red... but we can also do it by "collection".... for example, I can swatch all my Magic cakes for you to see. And if anyone has all the electric or sparkle snaz they can swatch for me to see!
what do you think???

I have Snaz electric and sparkle colors, but not all of them. I'll see what I can do today, unless someone else has the complete set.

Hi, all!
My very first paint purchase was Paradise and I picked my own pallett colors. When it arrived I thought there had been a mistake: it looked like they sent me 3 browns instead of the two shades I ordered. That's how dark the red is! It's actually quite fine as red goes, but not as bright 'fire enginey' as I would have liked. I have a Mehron tropical pallett that has a more true red in it that I love.
Just my pennys worth...

that's EXACTLY why I wondered why there wasn't swatches somewhere for everyone to compare... I would love to see your comparison swatches... and good to know since i'm currently collecting Paradise paints

I took pics of the Snaz colors yesterday, but have been swamped. Hopefully today, I'll have a chance to label and post them.

Sorry, when I posted, I didn't think the first photo was attached. So the description was for photo number 2. Here's the repost correctly: Left to right: Sparkles: White, yellow, coral pink, pink, red, lilac, turquoise, light green, green Metallic: gold, copper, silver and last but not least another sparke: gun metal grey! The sparkles have a pearly look to them. There is not excess glittery or sparkley in the make up. But it is very pretty. If you look very close there may be super FINE light glitter in it.

In the first photo of the sparkles, the color next to the white is salmon pink. The color looks truest in this photo. The others appear a bit light.

I reshot the three Snazaroo Sparkle colors that you choose: Left to right sparkle pink, sparkle red, sparkle salmon pink Hope this helps. They are close in color. I use the salmon color the least. The pink is very beautiful and popular Both of these butterflies were done with the Snazaroo Sparkles.
