I am Julie from
The Gilded Cat in Portland, OR. I've been experimenting with makeup, special effects makeup, and body painting since middle school. In high school, I became involved in the makeup process for several big haunted houses and was hooked. This past 2 years, I dug into face painting and have loved every single paint-and-glitter-covered moment of it.
