Help Need White~!

Hey, I know I have been gone awhile, but I have internet at home again now, and a little free time.
I need DFX, or wolfe white by this weekend and I can't find it anywhere, except neon white and is that the same and will go over other colors like the usual white?!!?

Hi Mandi,
The neon white isn't at all like the regular white. I have the dfx and it glows really cool under black light but is very sheer. For my halloween costume this year I did a solid white base first and then added several layers of the neon so it would show up at the bowling alley under the black light. If you can't get wolfe, dfx or tag white. which are all quite similar my next choice would be paradise although it isn't quite as crisp over other colours it is workable for lines.

Good luck, I've seen on other forums that white is short supply, last time I needed to restock it was impossible to find as well.
