Face painting in the media

Anyone see Despicable Me? I think face painting is becoming more popular all the time and I love when I spot it in the movies, shows and whatnot. In the cartoon movie Despicable Me, they come home from an amusement park all painted up! I immediately wanted to pause that scene to try to make out the faces. The man looked like he had a mouse type face, one had a dragon on her cheek and I couldn't really make out the third.
